Gabe Shapiro is willing to prepare and share this week's parsha, Emor, for what is sure to be an interesting and stimulating discussion.
For those who have not yet experienced the chaburah, this study-group consists of a close reading of the weekly Torah portion. No experience or Biblical literacy skills are required, just an interest in analysis and discussion of the work. Emor has some interesting tidbits on the laws of the priests, as well as some discussion of the holidays, and... (get ready) the exciting execution of a blasphemer!
