Hey guys,
The Chicago Center for Jewish Studies is sponsoring some really interesting internships this summer, and asked us to pass on this information to our membership.Maxine
INTERESTED IN A SUMMER INTERNSHIP?
We will be holding an information session in Ida Noyes Hall on Monday, February 17 in the East Lounge at 4:30 p.m.
Through the generous support of its donors, the Center of Jewish Studies co-sponsors with the Jeff Metcalf Internship Program a variety of internships for undergraduates at Jewish institutions in America and even outside the U.S. Although the internships are competitive and not limited to students involved in Jewish studies or the programs of the Center, we want to bring these unique opportunities to your attention as students who have demonstrated an interest in Jewish Studies and Jewish culture.
To view the internships currently available, please log in to Chicago Career Connection (CCC) with your CNetID and note the application deadlines listed. Internships that we will be promoting during the information session include the Spertus Institute, the IL Holocaust Museum, the Oriental Institute, and the Archeological Dig with Professor Yorke, along with a few others that are presently taking shape.
