We're back from our Pesach hiatus this week with Parashat Ha-Shavua, led by Jonas. There will be ice cream, and argument. 8 pm Thursday in Hillel. Come!Coming up we have Study and Shmear next Thursday at 7, and in two weeks the academic lecture! Professor Bernard Wasserstein, recently retired from the History department, will be discussing his newest book The Ambiguity of Virtue: Gertrude van Tijn and the Fate of the Dutch Jews. He's a wonderful lecturer (I miss his class dearly), and very funny. It's sure to be fascinating, so save the date: Wednesday May 14th at 6 pm. Further details and a Facebook invitation forthcoming!
